KEEP OUT!

Chase has been obsessed with wanting a "no girls allowed" sign in his bedroom after visiting some friends over the summer. Their 9 year old daughter was so annoyed with 'a 4 year old boy bugging her' (Chase) that she created a sign that said "no boys allowed!" and hung it on her bedroom door. Chase was heartbroken :( BUT, with his newfound maturity that came with turning 5, he decided that he needed a sign like that. Kids are so funny.
So after a long search, we found this sign. Before hanging it on the wall, I had it propped up against the inside wall of his room and he quickly moved it to outside his room to make sure everyone could see it (namely his sister). It took him 3 minutes to memorize the sign and all day he kept repeating it..."no pink, no drama, no girls!" He was VERY quick to let Ashlyn know that she is NOT allowed in his room now without permission. Too funny!
And because Chase had a sign, Ashlyn was dead set on getting her own sign. These kids are too much! Once we had her sign up, she said at least 10x, "Chase, no boys in my house, ok?" Then a few minutes later she'd say "Chase, you can come play in my house if you want to." Then she'd get mad at him and say "see, NO BOYS!" Such entertainment around here!
