We had the kids' birthday party yesterday and I have to say, it was one of the calmest parties yet. We had it at a popular playground/rec center that set up the whole party for us, provided the food, and even had 2 coordinators on hand to manage the party. Of course I added a few personal touches, but this year was a breeze and the kids had a blast!!

They even supplied a bounce house, which is always a bonus for a bunch of 3 and 5 year olds!

Chase's one request was a Spongebob cake!

And of course Ashlyn had to have her own cake too...Princess themed of course.

Licking her lips, getting ready to dive in!! I had to shoo the kids away from the cakes a million times. They were so anxious to eat them!

Matt and Sara and a few other friends hanging out at the gift table

Blowing out the candles!!

They really didn't even want to eat the cake, they just wanted to lick the cake off of the figurines and go back to the bounce house

At home after the party getting ready to open gifts! These kids are so spoiled.....we have awesome friends! We told the kids Santa doesn't need to come this year because we don't have room for more toys. You can imagine how that conversation went :)

Happy 5th and 3rd my little monsters!!
